OUR SERVICES

BAIL BONDS

Our bail bond agents, also called surety agents, provide bail for people who have been arrested. The agent pays the full amount of the bail to the court on behalf of the defendant and charges a nonrefundable fee for this service.

The fee is typically around 15 to 10 percent of the total bail amount but can be more or less depending on the bond. The fee is set at 10 to 15 percent, in Colorado.

The agent will then keep any collateral that was put up by the defendant or their cosigner to secure the bond. The collateral is returned after the bond has been rectified by the courts and the agent and defendant have been provided a bond release. If the defendant fails to appear for their court date, the agent has the right to bring them back into custody and recover their losses.

After bail has been posted the in-custody county has six hours to release the defendant. Our agents strive to provide the best customer experience and to make sure these daunting times a quick and easy process.

PROCESS SERVICE

To legally serve someone is to officially deliver court documents that inform the receiving party of impending court action, debt collection, or the filing of criminal charges, etc.

We may also serve documents to someone to appear in a pending case as a witness. Sometimes, in anticipation of being served, someone may try to hide their whereabouts or relocate to avoid being found. In these instances, our process servers use public and private databases, interviews, and other investigative tactics to locate the person of interest.

Our Process servers pay high attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of their reports and the validity of their delivery processes for legal documentation.

WALKTHROUGH BONDS
(Important - not all bonds qualify to be done this way)

A “walk-through bond” is a bail option that may be available to you if there is a warrant out for your arrest and you’re at risk of being arrested. This option can help you avoid being arrested altogether by arranging walk-through bail. If you discover there is a warrant out for your arrest, don’t wait until you’re arrested. You can contact a local courthouse or police station for more information. Keep in mind that if you go into a courthouse or police station in person or if you’re stopped by a police officer while a warrant is out for your arrest, you will be arrested on the spot. We can help you avoid the arrest and booking process. One of our experienced bail agents will arrange a walk-through bond, which will save you valuable time. Please note that every case is unique and requires special care, so it’s best to contact our agency to answer any questions you may have regarding a warrant for your arrest, walk-through bail, or posting bail for someone you know.
